Can someone please help, I just bought a Samsung PN50A650 and I wanted to find out what the best calibration settings were, I have used this website for settings before and was very satisfied, my only concern is I read online and they mention say the break in period and that you should run your contrast and brightness at half of it's capacity, is this true, and for the settings you have listed for the PN50A650 it says it's in movie mode and the settings seem darker then lighter (which is ok with me) do these settings take into consideration preventing burn in and expanding the life of your plasma and are the settings for calibration listed on your website "darker" settings and what are the reasons for that.
