Sorry guy, but none of us has calibrated your model in the field yet. The closest thing we have is the 632 series DLP. You can try one of those and see if it helps. Try our Recommended Settings at the link below and let us know what you think.

That unit is perhaps two, going on three years old. A "guess between the lines" of your empassioned plea for assitance may perhaps indicate that something is amiss.
Has the lamp been changed since new? That may have some impact on the present condition of the TV.
