I am hearing a lot of different things and I do not know what to believe. What has the best picture quality. Time Warner / Cablevision / FIOS / DirectTV?

Hi highdefone, In my experience here in the greater NY area Fios has the best picture for SD, Time Warner is next, and DirecTV comes in last. HD is about equal across the board. Fios is probably the best deal or bang for the buck value.
