Ken Whitcomb got his start in the electronics industry in the late 70’s selling high-end audio. He migrated to custom installation design, fueled by his interest in video projection technology. He worked with Tom Doherty, the first president of CEDIA, during the founding years of that organization. His last full-time position was as the Director of Residential System Engineering for Ovation A/V in Indianapolis.
Ken attended one of the first Imaging Science Foundation classes in the spring of 1994. He has done setup for, and assisted in, ISF seminars ever since. In early 1996, he began a consulting relationship with Runco International, which continues to this day. Since founding Calibrations, Inc. thirteen years ago, Ken continues to offer the finest video display setup and calibration available.
